The Heart Behind Conquer
Conquer was born from a passion in Pastor Cindy Morgan to see women live strong, whole, empowered lives through a genuine connection with God and authentic connection with one another.
But from the beginning, the vision was never to create just another women’s ministry. It was to create a place where we pursue connection on purpose. Because we believe we cannot rightly connect with one another until we first learn to rightly connect with our Father.
When a woman knows God, knows who she is in Him, and knows where her strength comes from, everything changes. It changes how she sees herself. How she walks through difficult seasons. How she responds to other women. How she leads her family. How she serves her church. And how she impacts the world around her.
Women Who Build Women
The heart of Conquer is to see women united around a common pursuit: growing in God and encouraging one another along the way.
We want to be women who build each other up instead of tear each other down.
Women who celebrate one another rather than compete with one another.
Women who aren't defined by comparison, culture, circumstances, age, relationship status, or the season of life they are walking through.
Women who desire to become everything God has called them to be.
Women whose lives are hidden in Him.
Women who know where their strength comes from and aren't easily moved by whatever life throws their way.

Whether you're 18 or 80, single or married, raising children or enjoying grandchildren, new to faith or you've walked with God for decades—there is a place for you.
We believe something powerful happens when generations come together, walls come down, comparison is replaced with encouragement, and women discover that we are stronger when we stop competing and start connecting.
More Than an Event
Conquer is lived out throughout the year through Conquer Connect, our monthly gatherings from September through May, and through our spring and fall small groups, where women have the opportunity to go deeper in the Word, relationships, and personal growth.
Every other year, women gather in Southern Colorado for Conquer Conference—a powerful, set-apart time of worship, laughter, the Word, connection, and encountering God together.
Whether it's a room filled with women at Conference, a Saturday morning at Conquer Connect, or a handful of women gathered around a table in a small group, the heart remains the same:
Connect with God.
Connect with each other.
Grow stronger together.
Become who God created you to be.
This isn't just another women's ministry.
